Prepared by hand using wholemeal spelt flour, tradictionaly cultivated (without the use of pesticides) by '’Antonio Tammone’s farm" in Potenza (c.da Giarrossa) and organically milled exclusively using its own mill Stone.

44% ° Spelt  flour,  20% ° brown cane sugar , 12%° dried figs, 11%°  Stigliano (MT) pistachios, sunflower oil, organic soya milk (water, 9,8%  european soya beans decorticated*), raising agents: cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate.
