Prepared by hand using wholemeal spelt flour, tradictionaly cultivated (without the use of pesticides) by ''Antonio Tammone’s farm " in Potenza (c.da Giarrossa) and organically milled exclusively using its own mill Stone.
56%° Spelt flour, white wine (sulphites), olive oil, 4%° extra virgin olive oil, sourdough, salt, 1,4%° wild fennel seeds.
